Can someone like tell me the tittle of this manga that goes like this: uke and seme are classmates (i guess) and uke likes seme then the 2 of them got together but the seme only treats uke like a NOTHING nad uke had enough of seme so he left seme. But when they are now fully adult uke got a new boyfriend who cares for him then when it was the uke birthday his new boyfriend, got him flower then they did "it". At last seme and uke meet again accidentally now seme wants uke back, eventually the 2 of them got back again.
