So the seme got angry at the uke because he didn't tell the seme of the person who went inside his chamber (the person is the Emperor)
. And so they like had a LDR then the seme "slept" with someone else.
The seme and the uke is like having LDR because the seme is angry at the uke, for not telling him the person(the emperor) who snuck in the uke chamber
