I think they're is no in-between. Either you support the LGBTQ+ community, either you're against it. You can't be neutral. Imagine saying "I don't support black people. I'm okay with them but I don't support them." That would be racist. It's the same for LGBTQ+.

I've seen many people being like they don't hate LGBTQ+ but they don't support them either. Also they make differences between fiction and irl stuff. So they read BL/GL but they still don't support LGBTQ+ for different reasons. I've seen the "my religion doesn't allow it" argument several times.
