Kinda he's the kid of the father's friend who died and is was once the 'owner' of the company or sum I think. So the father took him in as a way to help the now dead friend.
He's more adopted into the family (I don't think it's called step siblings because that's when you bring the child you had previously into the marriage)

The novel was like this tbh. Yet i was more into the novel than the manhwa. Their expressions weren't as childish
