this isn’t really a response on safe binding methods for you, but whatever option you choose;
DO NOT use ace bandages/whatever you use to bandage and injury or sprained wrist/ankle etc… it can seriously fuck up your ribs and is just very very unhealthy overall!! a method i used before i got a binder was layering sports bras :)!! they don’t b...... 1 reply
