That is a rare occurrence. It only happens if other aggregator sites mistake a chapter for a different manhwa, or the work of someone, whether purposely or unintentionally, posts it in those sites.

But as the story continues, it becomes evident that even she does not specifically know why she’s risking her life so much for the second prince even under the pretext of desiring the protection of her family. This is because something was possessing her mind to do so for the “preservation of the empire.”
The green jewel is the catalyst to the poison that the second prince was supposed to ingest. So the jewel, if I’m correct, would enhance the reaction of the poison. Other than that, the green jewel was simply a fashionable gem hundreds of years ago in this story.

I think they relatively recently came out with official English volumes! You can google places to purchase the physical mangas, but otherwise I'm not entirely sure if digital official English translations exist. If they do, I think they're very very behind, similar to the English volumes.
Can confirm they have the physical volumes, saw them at Barnes and Noble not too long ago!
