I think if this wasn't tagged shoujo ai or the romance presented so far wasn't just a big fuck you [ and the supposed ending where the black haired girl gets married to some dude and the brown haired girl is crazy or som shit idk] I'd read this for the pretty intriguing plot about the crown prince and the plots to murder people. Reading historical manga/manhua is instantly ruined for me when its too accurate of the gross and sexist shit that used to go on. And I think if this wasnt tagged romance or hinted to a wlw relationship I wouldnt be so turned off to the idea of manhua or dissapointed with the LITERALLY IN EBVERY SINGLE CHAPTER AND INTERACTION sexism .. god am I being too nitpicky?
