I am sorry, but Mio action is just wrong. He know he loves someone and yet did it with another guy? This thing happened to one of my best friend. My best friend said he have crush on this boy and I talked to the boy which later on I found out he also like my best friend. I didn't tell my best friend that the boy like him because the boy and I planned to have romantic confession surprise for him with music and stuff, we were pretty excited. Then, when the both of us went to my best friend house, we shocked that he was having sex with another guy, the boy ran off and cried and they were never become thing :( In my opinion, if you gonna like somebody, like them till the very end. yeah no i dont agree at all. they weren't in a relationship so he doesn't have anyone to be loyal to. you were the one who went behind his back to tell the other guy that your best friend liked him. when you have one-sided feelings (even if you aren't aware of them actually being returned) you can do whatever you want with those feelings since you aren't confessing. btw never get involved in these kinds of situations, you never want to end up in the middle of someone elses business.
I get where you're coming from and when stuff like this happens be it real life or manga, I get disappointed. but we do need to understand that in this context, it's way harder for lgbt to find a partner and liking a person doesn't mean their feelings will get reciprocated and more often than not, they are the one who end up rejected. it is kind of scary for them. the world isn't that open and accepting yet, their community is small. and let's be honest, we have our needs and wants, some more than others. they can't just wait for a chance for life when they probably they have any hope if they assume their love as a straight person. at least that's how I think and try to be more okay with such situations in yaoi. that said, we definitely should be firm of who we like and don't do /things/ you will regret in the future.

I'm getting a little bit tired of these kinds of discussions. Why is it wrong to sleep around? What's so bad about being "slutty" when you haven't made promises to anyone? There are people who just like to have sex, so let them have sex. It's no one’s business but theirs (as long as they're being safe and all that). And Mio probably doesn't want to confess to Shino because they are friends and he values that friendship. Shino is straight (at least as far as Mio knows) so I get that he doesn't want to take the risk. (And since we're sharing personal stories: from my personal experience I can tell you that confessing to a friend can go horribly wrong and in the end you don't even have that friendship anymore. So...) I think it's unfair of you to expect from people who are in love with someone to stay “loyal” in the sense of not sleeping around even though it might be a one-sided love. It's different when people have made promises to each other, which isn't the case here.
For me personally it is "wrong" because your heart belongs to one person already and if you don't even know if you stand any chance why settle for something less? I have no problem with sleeping around if there is no love involed anywhere... just the good old fuck for pleasure's sake.
In this particular case it was kinda bad only cause he did it at work, where the person he loves ALSO works (and actually saw/heard it, so much for "I don't want to ruin our friendship") and he did it with the douchebag who is a piece of shit to the person he loves, that's distasteful. I have been in that kind of situation, of liking someone but not knowing if that person likes you too, and you can't be loyal because there's no one to be loyal to. And if you are loyal to that person, you might be waiting for something that might never happen.
Now, in Mio's case it's even more difficult because the person he's in love with is straight AND he hasn't even told Shino that he's gay, so there's also the fear of rejection, not only because of his feelings, but just for the simple fact of him being gay. For all Mio knows, is a one-sided love that will most likely never happen.

Azusa and Kusakabe are the only character that I like from this series. Tatsumi and Senzaki are also pretty cool. But, Karino is just a piece of trash, hopefully Azusa won't have a stockholm syndrome and suddenly like Karino. I prefer Azusa x Atsumu more than anything

True, Kuze x Atsumu is already cute. But, I really hope they justified Karino's action tho, Azusa is LEGIT one of the few tolerable character in the series. Although, Karino is certainly one of the most twisted intriguing character in psychological yaoi, I just don't get why people think it's likable for someone to rape (no matter how hot it is) I just find it really odd the readers supporting him, just opinion tho, He is a great character.
