I’m curious how why Pii was shown at the last scene with their son… Maybe Heronia’s daughter and him will end together, idk.
I don’t like Heronia but she kinda redeemed herself for me on the last chapters…
Also, I may be wrong and forgot some manhwas but I seriously cried a bit at her wedding, feels like it was one of the best well written weddings especially the part when her dad cried.
Hopefully this becomes an anime! I love it!
I believe the fact that Pii was shown with the son is irrelevant, it simply showed that Heronia's decision was a correct one and Pii managed to... reincarnate?
It's a classic scene change (birds on branch outside the window, change into the indoors with characters) but at the same time 1. shows that the light spirit is fine (happy end) 2. that the son is really fucking smart ("I don't know that bird species, a spirit perhaps?")
And BTW if you haven't noticed yet, this story has an ongoing sequel! (Check the author's other works!)

Both Makos are real. I think by parallel mako being in this world, it made her access the dead mako's memories. Or something like that.

I like the story but girl, you’re just like a year older than me, and a writer but Riann was still able to fool you? Hayysss I would have preferred it better if they didn’t include the scene where she heard Riann backstabbing her to make her character a bit stronger and consistent, cos she’s really naive. Still love the story though just… Her naivety… ruins it
