Here's my theory why she have memories from Earth:
My guess is that during her sick days, she traversed to earth(and for some idk reason, she had no memories) and live there for some time until her death and returned.
However, because the two worlds have different time, it was just a short time in her real world ( and for some idk reason, it was her memories from Earth that she remembers)...
Maybe it was also the side effect of the bxtch turning back the time, which also when she did , Nadia also traversed in time.
Who knows 乁[ᓀ˵▾˵ᓂ]ㄏ. It was never really explained, right
