im taking it that from jisoos pov, yeojun is a genuinely caring and kind person, so when he gave her the ice cream she knew he didnt meant it to be something that would make her owe him or something like that. but jisoo paid him nevertheless with another ice cream, and thats like saying "now i have no debts to you, and please stop being so nice to me because i will pay you back just to stop you" kinda thing. its just her rejecting him harshly, so she thought hed going to be upset about that

It's a medicine that's bad for her. It basically will stop her period after extended use and make her nauseous a lot and cause other problems, but they can be mistaken as pregnancy symptoms. It seems like the parents are trying to get her to tell winter she's pregnant cuz he knows they can't have kids together and he'll think she cheated or something. They're planning something bad like that
It also could be the reason the in-laws put her "rented" land under Carson Low. Probably set them up to meet after the believe the medicine has taken enough time to start effecting her.
