Lizzy feels betrayed. She loved the real Ciel and She couldn't recognize our Ciel cause he changed cause of the accident so maybe that's why She didnt have any doubt.
Maybe she wasnt really friend with our Ciel back then so it's natural to like more the person she loved. How cruel Is she.... she also admited it. But those moments between her and our Ciel were real. It kinda hurts. But why is the real Ciel bad? I hope they will get along with each other. It's so sad.
