The cute, young president of a company with self-esteem issues calls this odd-jobs store for someone who'd talk to him every week & listen to his problems. That store has multiple employees, including a young boy from a wealthy family, who left home to work there (his family sent a detective to check on him in his part of the story). Could someone please tell me which manga this is?

Honestly, if Dr. Meishuu were a pure seme, nobody would say anything about his activities, and some would probably even go crazy over how someone's finally able to make him settle down. Just because he bottoms for Getsuei, so many ppl are calling him a slut for past and present flirtations. He's not a girl (and women shouldn't be held to this ridiculous chastity notion designed to oppress, either). Get over it.
I think if he's the top and he goes flirt around when in a relationship with Getsuei, he'd still be criticized.
The past is okay, but he's in a relationship at that time.
