I think that depends on the omegaverse story the author wrote. The Omegaverse(world) is kinda wide(for me atleast). I have read other omegaverse stories where a Beta can get an Omega pregnant wherein it's a diffucult one(for the Beta) to make it happen but yeah, Omegas can conceive a child from a Beta on this story. There are also stories(from other omegaverse manga/webtoon) where Betas can never get an Omega pregnant like Fargo's Love is An Illusion. I'm really glad that on this story, they were able to have a kid. Kids are so adorbs on omegaverse stories!
