The Ml is a bit too obsessed? Or at least his calling multiple times, showing up where he’s at and getting jealous over random acquaintances is kinda red flaggy to me (imagine if your man did this irl you’d be scared no doubt)
Then the fact that everyone in the mcs family knows about them and now his best friend does too while the mc is blissfully ignorant feels weird I mean I get that they want to protect him but isn’t that just treating him like a kid? instead they could just tell him they know and will love him regardless

i think he definately has attachment issues which is why he’s super obsessive and could of course use some therapy, but i also do think their relationship is healthy in that they both know and communicate their own and eachother’s boundaries? they only do what’s comfortable for themselves and only feel love and trust around the other. also re the family thing, i do agree that it’s always better to be honest, but i think everyone incl jeongyoon’s own family just don’t want him to be jaded early on, and to just enjoy his youth and life a bit more before having to tackle reality. like they’re all good people with best intentions in mind yknow? like you can tell they’re not perfect and they could always handle the situation better but this is how they all show their love for him, by protecting him ig? idk i found it really sweet rather than eerie

ML: casually says something or points something out like Mc not putting too much pressure on his injured leg or eats a bit of mcs ramen
MC: he’s so gentle, he’s worried about me, wow this is so romantic
