The senpai has intimacy probs coz of his family life and the kohai is the first person he had a good relationship. Said senpai is smart. Their relationship is cute and wholesome. I recommend this.

Life Senjou Bokura - there is a drama. The drama isnt as painful as the manga. Story about a couples relationship. Spans a lifetime.

Shounen no Kyoukai by Akabeko - omegaverse. Main pair are childhood friends who drifted apart in high school. When the test results were out the uke tried fixing his relationship with seme coz he thought they were both omegas. This is a really nice take of the omega verse. So many what ifs.

Saezuru tori wo habatakanai by Yoneda Kou - if you want drama with good storytelling and plot Yoneda Kou and Hidaka shoko are great at this. I recommend to also read the related series of this story.
