So the mc has this like magic book that he can trade on with people from different universes. He is like the son of a duke or something but he dies and goes back in time, where he relearns swordsmanship and some other skills. Im also pretty sure only he can see the book too. I read this a while back and want to pick it up again

Two kids, boy and girl, are in a post apocalyptic scenario (kind of like Tengoku Daimakyou) but near the end the girl dies and the boy keeps living and later in life finds a partner. In the middle theres a scene with a sniper. He helps the kids and gives them shelter for a bit but he turns out to be a cannibal.
