I think the chocolates name is "kisses/kiss". Mijeong (MC) brought it with him to school and Hangyul (ML) said Give me a kiss!, kiss as in chocolate but it was said in a way where one can interpret it as an actual kiss. After that MC broke his leg and MC and ML started hanging out. Also everyone started shipping them and gave them a ship name (Kimi) lol. From there their love starts blossoming.
