In get confused sometimes..like does Parvellone knows Sions past? He has the previous memories or what is going on with this 90 chap. He keep saying and making references about "before"...so I'm confused, I thought only sion was reincarnated

Pavel was also reincarnated! Basically, because he is the angel of judgement, he can pray for one miracle (either that, or Sion prayed for one miracle because of his stigmata). The miracle that ended up happening was: Pavel regression into his past self's body and Sion's reincarnation into Siennas's body (both of these happening at different times, where Pavel regressed 15 years before Sion was reincarnated). It is also in this life where Sion does not exist! Pavel still remembers what happened in the life where Sion did exist and had the stigmata of the King, but he doesn't tell Sion (reincarnated) that he remembers all of this. Eventually, the story perspective ended up shifting so we hear both Pavel's and Sion's (reincarnated) thoughts which is why it can get confusing!

why was parvell scared for sion to show his wings? (or prove that his stigmata is true? also whats deal with parvel’s family lol and why is the one brother so depressing

The previous Siennas did not have Sion's "King" Stigmata, and the Duke of Mayee knows this. Everyone in the Kingdom knew that Siennas had a stigmata, but nobody knew which stigmata he had (mostly likely due to the nature of the way Siennas acquired his stigmata, which was through black magic and child sacrifice). In Sion's previous life, Duke Mayee orchestrated a bunch of events in order to keep Siennas in power (i.e. transplanting the King Stigmata onto Siennas in order to legitimize his rule and strengthen the power of the House of Mayee). However, with the revelation that the current Siennas (reincarnated Sion) has the King Stigmata already, the future events that Sion and Pavel were trying to prevent are no longer going to happen. Now for Duke Mayee, it's more so a matter of keeping Siennas under his control and eliminating threats (other powerful families).

For his one brother (I assume you are talking about his half-brother), he was neglected by Parvel's family because of his illegitimacy (because he is not the son of the Countess, only the son of Parvel's Father). Parvel and him are both born of other people (I think Parvel's father was the "other" in this case, because iirc...he is said to be born of a stable boy), but Parvel stays in the household because he is the Countess's blood related son. It is because of the Leon's legitimacy (being born under the Countess's current union and being fully noble-blooded) that he feels completely inferior and angry about his miserable station and resents Leon. Duke Mayee takes advantage of this, trying to use him to sow discord between the Northern families (I think the dude who was burning to death was a Northern noble anyways...). Then, the whole plot about trying to burn Leon (but really burning that other noble dude) ensues. This ties back to Duke Mayee's overarching plan to accrue as much power as possible by weakening other noble families.

Sorry, I mistyped... the other brother was not born of Parvel's father, he was born of Leon's Father....

This is what I believe to be the case, but I'll list out the brothers and their assumed parents (in my mind at least) below if you need it...because I fumbled some explanation.

Oldest Brother (the one who tried to burn Leon) - Shares Leon's Father, Different Mother
Parvel - Different Father (Stable Boy), Mother is Countess
Leon - Share's the Oldest Brother's Father, Mother is Countess

Also I totally forgot the name of the person the Countess is married to...I thought his title was Duke as well, and I know he's from the North, but I have no clue about his actual name and title. I should probably recheck so I can keep better track too.

Also, Duke Mayee's prior plans always considered the fact that Siennas did not have the King Stigmata (thereby being less legitimate of a King), so he was much more careful in his planning since he did not have more power. Now that Siennas does have the King stigmata, he has more power, so he might become more reckless and/or haphazard in trying to both bring Siennas under his thumb and weakening other prominent noble families.
