In the next chapter the flashback continues and he comments how he has never been treated like this before. So this was first time he was treated like that so not much on kids being mean to him. As we seen in this chapter, he didn't seam to care about his fathers petty affairs,out of jelosy and inferiority complex, with JS group but the resentment towards it came naturaly to him because of his fathers behaviour. So when that in the bathroom happened and he found out who Seungeon is he took in on his fathers footsteps.
Idk call me cold hearted but I am trying to pitty him but I can't. He seemd like a spoiled kid. It doesn't look like he was being mistreated by his father in any way. As I said the only pitibale ? part of his life is he couldn't choose not to be born in gangster family.

Why are people calling Seungeon an asshole in this situation? I genuinly don't understand. Seungeon was ready to have normal conversation about cigarets with him. Hyungseo was rude first, what was Seungeon supposed to do. Hug him and shake his hand for being rude to him and blowing disgusting smoke at him? Of course he is gonna retort.

Why is no one talking about the fact that that's actually his half sister. He said that his mother killed hreself soon after he was born. And when we were first intriduced to his sister, when she scolds him, she says " be glad I find out and not mother." Which means that "mother" his sister mentions is his step mom, his fathers wife. His father probably had an affair with some woman and she gave birth to Seungeon and before she commited suicide she left little Seungeon to his fathers care. His father probably didn't know about him, and when he found out he kept him. I can imagine his wife being pissed he cheated on her but they decided to keep the child. His father probably resents him because because of him his wife find out he cheated on her. And since they run the biggest conglomerate in Korea there can be no scandal since it will ruin the reputation and reputation is everything to rich people. His wife probably resents Seungeon as well. They treated him awfuly his whole life for something thats not his fault :(.
Some of this is of course me guessing on how it might have gone down and how his dad and step mom felt. I can't wait to see more about Seungeons family and his childhood.
In chapter 32, the latest one, we get a little bit of insight about how hyungseo and seungeon’s conflict started.

I assume the author would start giving us flashbacks from seungeon’s childhood gradually leading us to why he is hated among his family. I also assume seungeon’s family would oppose him dating jiwook and maybe try to interfere in their relationship

Seungeon tells Junyeong(his silver haired friend) to tell homeroom teacher he is going home. Junyeong says ok. He doesn't tell Seungeon he saw Jiwook and Hyungseo together. He thinks "it's non of my bussines. It's a relationship Joo Seungeon doesn't need anyway."
Then we see Jiwook coming home after drinking with Hyungseo. He is really drunk and feels dizzy and says he drank a lot and can't remember what happened at the end.
He sits on the stairs. He says he enjoyed drinking out with Hyungseo.

Hyungseo lead him to a street bar and Jiwook was surprised he brought him to a place like that. He thought since he is rich he would bring him to some fancy bar. He thinks how anyone would notice Hyungseo doesn't belong to a shabby place like this. They eat and drink and talk.
After seing that flashback, we return to Jiwook sitting on the stairs, he comments " a simple rich guy... the fact that kind of person really exist. unlike someone else." And then he starts talking to himself about Seungeon, looking all fondly, " If it was Joo Seungeon he would just eat, without saying a word, with that expresion of his, making the person who eats with him uncomfortable as well. No Joo Seungeon wouldn't even go there in a first place. If it's Joo Seungeon he..." but coughts himself smiling and stops. He shivers from cold and gets up from the steps and continues walking. When he reaches his house he sees Seungeon sitting and smoking infront of his door. He starts talking but it seems Seungeon actually isn't there. He comments to himself "I can't believe I'm imagening things, I really must have drank a lot."

Than we see Seungeon in his bedroom sitting on the floor. He looks sad and there are bottles around him and ashtray full of half smoked cigarets. He is tosing his bike key in the air. He murmurs to himself " Min Jiwook. Thing about pride is, you are not the only one who has it."
He misses catching the key and it hits his fingers. He gets this glazed look in his eyes, takes the key from the floor and angirly preses it into the palm of his left hand and it bleeds. He gets up, blood driping, end exist his room. Then we again see a flashback of conversation of Jiwook and Hyungseo when they were done drinking. Hyungseo asks him is he ok going home alone. Jiwook is obviously drunk and stagering but says he can go on his own. He comments how he feels so good. Then Hyungseo says " Hyung, I want to be close with you" . Jiwook ( thinking he means as friends) says "really? I'd like that." And Hyungseo gets that creepy look and asks" you like it? Me?" Jiwook nods. He than grabs Jiwook by shoulders and says" Hyung, then... " but we don't see the rest of what he says since it's distorted. It seems like this part Jiwook was remembering in his sleep but got woken up by loud banging on his door. Someone is yelling" Open the door. Min Jiwook!"

I think something happened between Hyungseo and Jiwook. Maybe Hyungseo kissed him when Jiwook was drunk and vulnerable. Or the next day he will go around and tell everyone especially Seungeon that Jiwool agreed to go out with him or confessed to him. I hate Hyungseo so much and Jiwook is stupid to believe Hyungseo is a good guy after Seungeon warned him. i wish we didnt have to wait for the next chapter.
I also think Hyungseo did something to him. I can't stand his fake ass, acting like some innocent child when he is everything but that (╯°Д °)╯╧╧

I think it's Seungeon 99,9%....only he is so crazy to come to someones house in the middle of the night...who would do that otherwise??!! You guys know how in one of the previous chapters, when Seungeon was worning JiWook about Hyungseo, he said that if he sees Hyungseo playing with him he'll break his head?
I think that was forshadowing and he will get into fight with Hyungseo, and Hyungseo, as crazy as he is, will let himself be beaten up just so Jiwook would be scared of Seungeon.??? Idk lol probably won't happen but my mind is wilding with posibilities .
No but if that happenes it would be so ironic lol, because he would than do everything he told Jiwook Hyungseo did. His parents would probably then cover it all up, because reputation, and would probably send him away to foreign country to finish school. Hence why there will be such huge time skip.
And with that Hyungseo would accomplish what he said in one of the chapters, that Seungeon should feel anger and humiliation he once felt.
I like how it's complicated. It's not just black or white.
The funny part is that they both scream facts about eachother at eacother. Seungeon about Jiwooks pride and JiWook about Seungeon always doing whatever he wants disregarding weather other person likes it or not. That he is only sattisfied when things go the way he wants That that's what people call violence.
Jiwook has enormuos pride and always jumps to conclusions and assumes the worst about someones intentions. Basicaly has inferiority/victim complex.
No matter how infuriating it might look, his reactions are totaly understandable, to me at least.
Seungeon, he is self centered. To me it looks like he is to desprete for any kind of affection since his abusive family gave him non and will do anything to satisfie his needs without realizing how it can hurt others and make him look selfish. Also, since he grew up in whealthy family, he doesn't understand why he hurt Jiwooks pride when offering him money. His intentions arent malicious but the way he goes about doing things is awful and problematic.

I totally agree with your opinions on both character's personalities. But I am biased in a sense that I am more frustrated at Seungeon that he just can't understand that lying is not the way to win someone's heart, no matter how cute it seems. Sometimes when people are hurting they need space.
From what I am seeing, he is just push more and more from now own. I can just feel trajedy sailing in.
Yes, they both need some time apart. I am really curious about how Seungeon will cope with this break up. Knowing how he is, it's probably not gonna be some healthy coping mechanisms . I also feel like he will do something stupid that will push him even more apart from Jiwook ╥﹏╥

Well you need to see from the ukes pov here he his tutor someone who already knows the stuff wastings his time to study so he can keep his scores up the uke is going to that school so he can get into a good college and get job so he can support his family but know his Scholarship has been taken and now he’s find ways to come with the money and asking the seme to seme to support is not something he’s wants to do you half understand they’re a lot people in this who are just like him so really not something new
i actually thought maybe he finally got to be happy like a normal teenager, play around and have fun instead of studying 24/7 and working, i thought seungeon made him happy, and he actually did make him happy getting a lil distracted of school. And yeah i know jiwook wants to be the best student, but srsly, if you're not smart enough why ruin your life with studying? you're not gonna be on the streets with a normal college, why does it have to be the BEST college? Well he’s smart and all and I do want him to have fun but he’s going to a prestigious school and has a scholarship their so he’s has stay on top to keep his grades up to keep his scholarship but since he now at 12 which isn’t that bad but he probably needs to be top 3 or something to keep his scholarship he now has worry about money but seme is not making this any better at all
