These are all manhwa. Where's manga!! Also these are all popular but can you really call them the big 3 in BL? This type of story has been done so many times in manga since whenever and never got as popular only cuz manga usually just have 1 volume and updates once a few months and manwha updates every week.
i don't really have a favourite story, but Palace of Bardo, Fate Makes no Mistakes, and 19 Days (not yaoi but you get what i mean) are some of the ones i've been really enjoying recently. i normally look for REALLY new stories that aren't mainstream in the slightest.
out of the mainstream ones, i would say Anti P.T, Back to School, and Dear Door.
For me it's Here you are, Hidamari no Orange,Therapy game and King's maker,Green apple paradise(big five ig cuz I can't choose which story is the best lol).
I like old shit manhwas and the newer ones seem to like recycling trash with only a few exceptions. Anyways in my opinion:

i personally prefer bl manga and since i can’t narrow my faves to top 3 i’ll do my top 6. i love healthy relationships and i always crave for fluff so these are just great reads.
