I can't explain it. Her face makes me want to punch her...I have the same issue with Jennette from "who made me a princess". They have that "I'm innocent about the workings of this world" look and they look like they say "kyaaa" every other sentence XD.

We aren’t judging them based on such things. All we are saying is that authors tend to give their FL a really naive and cliche face regardless of their personality. Make it worse some of them do turn out to be naive and air-headed.
As for Jeanette’s topic. She hasn’t dont anything really bad so far but the truth of the matter is she IS naive and has caused harm to many because of her naivety. But what should we expect from someone who was sheltered their entire life and stopped from going out.
I stopped reading around the arc where she was kidnapped (again) by some other creepy dude (a prince or something from some kingdom cuz they wanted her produce rain for them or some other nonsense)...

Ark is way over that lmao! That guy got crushed by rocks lived but is blind. The arc they are at now is AL Livi half brother started the “ end of the world” which was his end goal in all of this and we learned about where Nike powers originated and how powerful she really his. Basically the end of the world was starting giant storms natural disasters whole world in chaos, AL did it to meet a girl from his past who saved him lol he got crushed by rocks too and was dying. Nike being righteous told him she would change his view on the world blah blah blah and wanted to save him. Nike meets her ancestor who is the protector of the world ad holds back the “darkness” which AL just unleashed lol. This mans lived for long time and doesn’t have much powerful left, and Nike is the only one who can become the next protector. Well betrayed us and decided to save AL ass and the world instead of staying with Livi . So she became the protector and now basically doesn’t exist. Two months later Worlds back to normal and Livi is broken boy and hates AL and blames him. Wants to kill him but can’t so now they are gonna have a conversation next chapter. This was a horrible explanation lmao a lot has happened.

I remember finding a few novels that had like 200-300 translated chapters and I was like "well this could be a nice read, it must be almost done" then I see there are 10k chapters yet to be completed and I'm like "f*ck...I'm out"
I feel you! One thing I still don't get is...how is that even possible? How are they able to stretch out the generic plot for thousands of chapters and still sell? Do they get paid for it? Sign me the fu@k up! I'd make some money!
I've noticed that some of the novel chapters are just blurbs (like 1-3 to paragraphs) and they call it a chapter, but there are others that are long as heck, and they write every detail (like I don't need to know the color and texture of that one pen the character has in the back of their desk).
It is an art form being able to write something and say nothing atvthe same time for over 200 chapters.

Been reading the comments, and a lot of people dropped this because the ML and FL grew up as "siblings". You could see from the first chapter that those two would end up together, plus they never saw eachother as siblings, just two people that lived together.
I dropped it because of the FL...she's so bland and unmotivational (more so as she became older). The brothers fall in the same field but to a lesser degree. It could also be that I have Isekia/returning to past/reincarnation fatigue, so many novels with the same premise, that do nothing with the story or characters, and some just drag on and on (daughter of the emperor is a very good example).
Nothing really sets this one apart from the other thousand of carbon copies, more so when there are other novels that are far better developed and interesting.
The story started strong, but has been gradually getting worse, unfortunate, but it happens. No hate or disrespect to the author.

I love it when the FL is actually smart, cunning and shrewd, that she shows us and proves it through her actions and decisions, and that we're not just told she is all of those things while the FL does stupid thing after stupid thing, yet still works out in the end because of the plot armor...
