Hopefully the author will write additional chapters where shizuma is the one who gets jealous over minato, coz i’m tired of seeing minato suffer over his dense bf not setting boundaries with everyone (even with his ex who literally cheated on him lol)
Shizuma annoys me because like, theres being a kind person and then theres being a STUPID kind person.
Like sure hes still cool with being friends with Yuka after she CHEATED on HIM instead of dumping him first before persuing a relationship with another man but like Shizuma rlly lets people walk all over him. He lets Yuka take his phone away in the MIDDLE OF A PHONE CALL and doesnt even reprimand her for barging herself in HIS private business.
And the thing with the director? BRO SHE IS HARRASSING YOU like Shizuma dude pls understand that a work superior touching and dangling your underwear at you cuz you forgot abt it isnt fvcking normal. And like Minato was literally IN YOUR CAR and can see the little interaction you had with your hot woman boss and witness how you were so fine with the HARRASSMENT being done to you.
Like i understand that Minato is like overly high maintenance, but like Shizuma knows this already. He knows Minato's worries and insecurities but like the thing is that Shizuma is sooo stupidly kind that it is a problem cuz dude doesnt know how to set boundaries or see when something is out of line. Like i wouldnt be surprised if all his exes still stay in touch with him and shamelessly ask him to do favours for them like how Yuka does.
I hope at some point the other ladies at the vet sees how Shizuma is getting a bit too close to the director and point out to him that he has a boyfriend and should probably make boundaries with your employer.

This is exactly what I was thinking abt after reading this manga. There’s no development on Shizuma’s side; he still plays the good guy who lets anyone into his business and doesn’t see the gravity of their actions or how they can affect Minato (his partner), who is still dealing with his past trauma. And the part where he helped and talked to Yuka in front of Minato as if the she hadn’t left him for another guy seemed off to me.
Minato, on the other hand, shows that he slowly tries to fix his issues in order to trust and understand Shizuma and his work (he’s so supportive of him). And yeah, they kinda both need to communicate more, but in Minato’s defense, he was overwhelmed with what he saw (coz witnessing another girl hand over your partner’s underwear while teasing him abt it is def not normal) and probably needs time to comprehend the situation, which is why he asked for space, but Shizuma over here is dvmb to the core ahhh
