Are you sure about 3 and 4? They're drawn by two different mangakas and neither Bellaire or Chalmers pop up in their summaries. (=・ω・=)

I too was not sure about it, but when i search about the series it gives me 4 books novels then i search if they have manga, the novel author is "Frances Roding" but the manga author is "Penny jordan", they have the same/similar summary,

Oh, now I get why they're in the same series! The Bellaire and Chalmers pop up in both 3 and 4. Three is set in the same place Elliot and Bea live and in four, the MC/FL is related to the Chalmers!
