honestly i'm not very picky, as long as they both love each other and have a healthy relationship. but office bl's REALLY HIT, it's cliche but i love the "serious and slightly cold boss" and the "soft and nice employee (but who's actually serious and good at their job)" the slowburn makes it better along with them slowly opening up to each other
