Yeah but she’s doing it in like a middle school girl type of way...I get it is still toxic but I remember when I was middle to hs and girls started getting interested in boys and being boy crazy and they would take secret photos of their crushes and want to find out where they’d be so they could show up and try to flirt with them. It’s very much a thing kids don’t think through and I think it is more innocent coming from a child and especially Jae-in having no social skills or ever having any friends at all. She doesn’t know how to build a healthy relationship with her peers and it’s very clear she doesn’t understand how to talk to others and only sees her own perspective like a little kid. In this case I think the intent matters and that Jae-in is not dangerous, just an ignorant kid that has a lot of growing up to do. She’s one of those girls that has never not had their way (because without friends and being an only child you never have to compromise or listen to others really) and it makes them accidentally a bully. My cousin was so similar to her when we were kids. She was an only child and we live very far away so she never had close kids her age and she went to a private school. It took her longer to understand social cues and get used to not being spoiled and getting her way all the time. I don’t think Jae-in is malicious.
Also I think some of the new ship comments are referring to Jae-in and the ponytail girl that sora is lying to about having a bf since people keep saying “enemies to lovers”.
