The first set of side stories make more sense now. We all reacted with oh these characters are soooo out of character and would never do such things and then BAM. We see ML taking birth control and then reacting somewhat the same like his past by running away from FL. ML was so blinded by his want of FL even after his parents died you can tell how dark his mind went after that and yeahhhhh IG this story tho a bit fcked up make sense with it's plot and I genuinely find it great. I actually like the side stories because they make a lot of things make sense and answer the questions we initially had.
