In his world and the area he lives, he gave an order to Nakyum not to run away and then misunderstood when Nakyum disapeared. Plus, Seungho loves Nakyum but thinks this is an unrequited love because he may still thinks Nakyum has feelings for the teacher (the bastard with glasses).
