I will keep saying this, but god how I love an actual villainess
1: Luciano is so hot.
2: Now it UNFORTUNATELY has shed more light on why he rxped her in front of her brother. Didn't think he could get more disgusting, but here we are
so goofy that they made her that thin (already slim to begin with) and lose her glasses, pretty much ruins what seemed to be the point of the story lol
im getting very bored of this guy, their dynamic used to be so great since they were simply bar friends crossing the line w great chemistry, but it's dragging on too long with no real change or character development imo
it's like it randomly regresses out of nowhere; this story really lost its charm for me. such a shame :
hope we get some clarification why he's THIS into her in the first place. it's no secret that he's usually extremely emotionless and lacks empathy/voice of reason, so I don't see why he would stick around for a 10 year older woman who clearly wasn't interested and married in the first place - I want them "together" more for getting back at mincheol than anything, that's been the motivation built from this story thus far. we don't know this random, young, rich, murdering man LMFAO
I see some confusion in the comments; yes, he was a cheater, but on the day they were visiting the hospital for the last time and the dad saved Arima, he got someone to call the police and the teacher got arrested (it's mentioned he was on parole when Arima collapsed in the play).
The dad had bought the flowers for the mom, he mentioned this himself, and he stayed with Arima until the police came instead of going, since "my wife wouldn't wish for me to abandon a girl in need". He wanted to apologize and "redeem" himself, but was probably nervous and needed to walk around a bit, hence why he was around at some random bathroom, not with another woman or anything.
So though he is indeed a shitty person in terms of being a cheater previously, the rest of what you all are saying are not true.
Anyways, love this story and hope the author is resting well.
binged this in 2 days, and since it's a massive giant slowburn, i'm gonna let it marinate
honestly I'm just tired of this continuous nonchalant bullshit atp
Complaining about pacing and "getting to the point" A HUNDRED CHAPTERS IN will never make sense to me. Why would you want a hurried and rushed narrative? We already know this isn't that kind of story and that a lot of care is put in every step of the way - it's been the same for ALL arcs.
Sit back and enjoy the ride or wait out for more chapters to come instead of reading 1 by 1 if you're that impatient, jeez.
arata is so adorable, I can't get over that the author really plan for him to have an unrequited love TWICE after we just got told his backstory
give this man A BREAK
There was a notice about the manhwa being different (seemingly a big deal) than the novel - what's the difference, if anyone knows?
I read this purely for the MC and am pretty disappointed with the unnecessary turn it made half-way as others have mentioned, but that's mafia BL for you, I guess. Unfortunately.
omg i re-read the whole thing just one week ago, the TIMINGGGGG IM SO HAPPY
I DO NOT need a second girl jumping into the picture, Ichika already has enough on her hands simply trying to make him like her
And now she's just gonna struggle even more and become even more "desperate" uuuUUUUUUUgggHHHH, I hate where this is going, only reason I haven't dropped this already is because I really like her/the art
Everytime this updates, I'm reminded how happy I am to have a handsome blonde NOT give me 2nd lead syndrome
