He really appreciated and admired Yuki, but it is unclear if it was something platonic/just related to friendship. Hiragii has been in love with Shisuzumi for a very long time, but we don’t know if Hiragii fell first for Yuki and then for Shisuzumi or if Shisuzumi has always been the one.
What matters is the present, but still this is something that has always been in Shisuzumi’s mind. However we’ll find out soon.
