Looking for a yaoi manga, where the two guys in it grow old together? They meet in their youth but like the manga is based on their whole lives. Eventually one dies of an illness (cancer, I think) and the other dies of old age around 80? I don't remember much else except that they meet in their way to school and are obsessed with this game about walking on a straight line or else they'll get eaten by a shark? I don't know much else.
