i'm kinda upset that the artist isn't drawing the dresses that were clearly described in the novel and is instead making their own. i wanted to see them. especially cuz there are only like four dresses that actually get described in detail (including the ball dress in the newest chapter) so it wouldn't have been hard.
THE NOVEL JUST FINISHED IM GONNA KMS (/TДT)/

the chapters aren't super long
but i think it's hilarious when mangas/manhuas don't know how melanin works
whose goddamn white baby is that?? lol
Aahh the beautiful world of genetics! It's completely possible for a child's dna that decides skin colour to only come from one parent.
DNA you get from your parents is 50/50 but is more than just appearance dna. It decides how your cells develop, how your body fights off threats, basically everything you do is in those strands of code. Appearance is just a small part of it.
Skin colour is decided by genetics (and of course exposure to the sun, but that's a different story). So the 50% from Seth was most likely the DNA that decides melanin production & other appearance traits. Happens more often than you think ^-^
Okay now to be far I’m mixed white and black and my mom is pretty dark skin( like wayyy darker than Theo )and for the 1st couple years of my life I was a white a$$ little baby to the point that people would question my mom if we were her children or was she babysitting and or if we’d been kidnapped I didn’t start getting color until I was like 3 I also think dominant genes take place bc that’s mf Seth’s baby Theo didn’t even try
LMAO, I tend to agree and I know this is set because it's a story but knowing mixed babies, many are lighter when they're born. It all depends. Same with eye color at times, it's not always fully cooked when taken out of the oven.
But I'm hoping their second will have a deeper complexion as Theo and Seth's eyes. A good shade in-between is also realistic.
i love her little alice in wonderland outfit!!
