Yeah it's similar but there are major plot differences. The only big similarity I can think of is the relationship with the dad
Yall should read them all..they are all very similar but like you said different dads (or like in doctor elise, the focus isn't as much on the dad, stuff like that) :D I've read about 10 reincarnation stories and counting on here and every one of them is awesome! Both of yall try doctor elise next! Then there is abandoned empress, empress of another world, my personal favorites "I am a member of the house of castella." It's one of the many mangas I read that the art is so different but so beautiful at the same time. I'm really enjoying this manga.(≧∀≦)
