He will, don't worry.
It's true that Jin-Woo's father does die in the upcoming chapters. Actually, the reason he dies is due to protecting Jin-Woo when he's temporarily unconscious during an unbalanced fight against several monarchs at once. In order to be able to do that, he has to fully use the powers of a Ruler, despite knowing that his mere human body would be unable to withstand them and would eventually disintegrate as a result of using them.
However, in the end of the story, Jin-Woo decides to reverse time to deal with all the Monarchs sooner, before they can do any damage.
So everyone will be alright again eventually, and Jin-Woo gets to live happily with his entire family again :)

I'm going to go ahead and assume this was addressed to me?
Either way, I was mostly correcting misleading and / or inaccurate things that had been stated previously. (Because, imho inaccurate spoilers are worse than none or accurate ones.)
As for the entire to spoil / not to spoil debate - this is *really* different for every reader.
(And this turned out really long - so, sorry about that ahead of time, and do feel free to skip ^^)
Some people may enjoy it more if they don't know what's going to happen, while others - including myself - can genuinely enjoy a story more if they're not constantly preoccupied and distracted by worrying about bad things or disappointing developments that might happen. It really is like this for me, so when I'm reading for a while and become more invested in a story, I actually prefer knowing how it's going to pan out.
For instance, I started reading Solo Leveling as a webcomic, finished the first season, became invested because I really liked it, went to read up on how the plot would develop according to the novel, then went on to actually read the novel, and now I'm continuing to read the webcomic – and all this time, I've enjoyed and am still enjoying the heck out it (for me, all the more because I know I don't have to be scared about being super disappointed in the end because of disliking the later development of the story – which sometimes happens and can really ruin a story I like for me, so I always worry about that – I love the feeling where I can just enjoy a story freely, knowing I can be 100% sure I'm going to like it from start to finish, and nothing is going to ruin it for me, you know?).
I perfectly understand if you're one of the people who prefer reading a story without spoilers (and I 100% agree that all spoilers should be hidden and properly marked as such), just please try to understand that not everyone is the same, and people (like myself) who read spoilers generally do so because they genuinely want to know and may genuinely enjoy the story more that way. (So if people go out of their way to deliberately click on and read hidden spoilers, it's usually to be assumed they actually want to know.)
Regarding that, if you're going to say you dislike spoilers and don't want to give any yourself (which is perfectly fine too) – it doesn't make any sense why you would make a comment that is *explicitly* marked as such and then goes on to not say anything and vaguely imply people should be worried instead. In fact, it actually comes across to me as kind of mean. It's the exact kind of thing I personally absolutely don't care for when I'm in a position where I'm reading and don't know what's going to happen yet. If you don't want to get involved in talking about spoilers, it's really better not to say anything at all than to imply vague, worrying things. Because *that* will actually make even people who until then were perfectly content just going with the flow of the story feel the need to know what's going to happen ahead of time, you know? Again, I'm saying this from the perspective of someone who is exactly like that when reading stories – to maybe give you a bit of an idea on how some others may feel about this stuff.
Either way, no hard feelings?
Have a pleasant night (。'◡'。)ノ

Again, I usually assume when people ask for spoilers and go ahead and click on them, they actually want to know (judging by myself and a lot of other people I've talked to previously - who generally let me know they were happy to find out when they stated they were worried about something or interested to find out and were asking about it).
Though if it's a problem to people in this particular topic because they were maybe ultimately just feeling concerned about that scarily sounding hint and didn't want actual more detailed spoilers (which come to think of it, is understandable!), I think it may be best if OP could just delete the reply? It was originally mostly just addressed at autumn_oni anyway, who seemed to have no problem with it from the sound of previous replies *and* properly marked and hidden as a spoiler as well (unlike with this reply, which is actually openly displaying the literal original text of the spoiler now!!).
So again, by any means, if @tadashi could please go ahead and delete my reply just to be sure no one who doesn't want to know that much gets spoiled by accident. I'm really perfectly fine with that as well, but unfortunately, wouldn't be able to delete it myself due to the mangago reply system...
my people, you can read this for free on webtoon. pls read it there
. other people dont like or not enough space to add app on their phone so they go here to read ..
support the author
thank you for telling us, i’ll do it rn
Deleted apps you don’t use? There should be no reason to not be able to read something that’s already free. If you can make an account on a illegal website then you should be able to on WEBTOON.
its not an app .. so its less storage on my phone . and i already have webtoon and i support the author .. i know its free .. its only my point of view on other people who use this site when there is webtoon app .
I’m not talking about how it takes up space, I know it’s a website, which I clearly state.
Read the conversation again so you understand what they're saying, they're bringing up storage space as a point of theirs (not saying you were talking about it) and point out that it's not an app as part of that.
