the grandma scene was so cute wahhhh ╥﹏╥ im happy for the good ending even though it was a bit confusing to read since there was so many whiplash emotions. it felt like we are either missing a page or author wanted to finish quickly but either way we got a happy ending!! a win is a win fr
honestly, i was going to drop this because it felt like the story wasn't progressing and that the MC forgot his original objective.
For all those that wants to know; yes, this is a harem. There's two female side characters that is currently in love with the MC and a child that is devoted towards him and calls him master. Even just that should give you the answers you may desire on that.
i am happy that the recent chapters allowed him to get back on task, but if youre looking for a story where the MC is hellbent on revenge, this is not it. As other commenters have said, the MC forgets to use his alias majority of the time so really the title of the story itself should be changed. It's really repetitive; the MC actions does not match his motives. He says he wants to be anonymous but he continues to use powerful spells in front of others and asks them to say nothing about it. He says he wants revenge but he makes no move towards it except in the recent chapters. It feels like they do the same thing over and over; defeat a high class monster, speak to his companions, repeat.
I just have a feeling this is going to be more filler than plot, which makes me not want to continue the story imo. Hoping the new chapters show more plot than what's been given to us so far. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

They don't really match at all anymore. Mc has never wished to do harm and backtracked once she noticed she was turning into a bully herself. Siyun is trying to completely monopolise her attention with the threat of death to people she cares about. She can't hang out with friends cause of extreme guilt and a fear of what siyun may do out of sight. He's unfortunately been spiraling hard for a long time and at this point it seems like the endgame is headed towards him being hit with karma and mc's friends trying to protect her from the abuse. it sucks how he can't be self aware that his violence only further distances her emotionally even tho he may temporarily get her to be around through fear and guilt.
like 30 or so chapters ago i found it hot but its become uncomfortably much now it sucks cause he's so HOT UGH I WANTED HIM ENDGAME UNTIL IT ESCALATED THIS MUCH UGHHH. bro has ZERO empathy for her anymore and the little he does is snuffed out by his obsessiveness. he knew it was too much but then he just decided to ignore it as if he lost his rationality

sweetie… i stopped stepping in the authors shoes when I realize they worn a different size than me. from the moment they decided to block the uploader on social media and then decide to only show ONE part of the conversation, was when I realize those shoes are a bit too tight for me to wear. stop trying to win brownie points for the author when we are all on an illegal website to start with, and start realizing how wrong the author was for putting this person in potential danger.
