As for Loki I think the love he has for nakaba is romantically and also a little bit brotherly. I'm really sure that he loves her romantically. He is jealous about her and ceasar. Well, I'm not against incest anyway.
He is one of the character I like the most. Although I shipped for ceasar I feel that Loki has really deep personality. He's so lonely all his life. Have to bear a secret that can tell no one afraid that nakaba will find it.
I wish they could reunite a bit at the end though. So sad the he have to die alone like that.
