I don't really think anything important she may find a lover or she will live for her family or her job

Ayato turns into the opposite gender compared to the person "he" falls in love with. Logically, Ayato becomes a girl. Also yes, Ayato probably will die early, but I think that the whole point of Angelas letter was that the love is worth it...
And Sui was probably just pissed and was thinking of revenge or something.
Even though the sister may have been uncomfortable with your sister's crush, she still liked him. And also family should come first. It hurts at first but you get over especially if your family and other loved ones are happy
MC is a meek girl who is selfish about her love. Okay your sister was together with your crush. Suck it up, don't go back in time and make it favorable to yourself and Hiroto's feelings woundn't have changed anyway. She needed to look for someone who loved her for her and treated like a girlfriend not a sister or best friend and she had that. She just didn't see nor appreciate it.
Then again I have a feeling she's going to realize this and change everything from the beginning.
