I've re-read this manga after many years and there's something that's bothering me at the end:
Seme is basically a man whore: victim
Uke had ONE boyfriend: villian
(From seme's pov)
also I can't remember the seme ever saying his feelings to Minami. Is so frustrating that he didn't end up with katagiri!
What I see is Minami's in love, but Sawada's only after his body. Everything he says at the end, after accepting Minami's confession, is only about Minami's body: a body to his liking, been "starving", etc.
I think that the previous boyfriend broke up with him for that reason, felt that it was only about body "compatibility" and sex.

I genuinely cried with this scene. It is so real. Those were my exact thoughts when I had my heart broken. The exact same words, the exact same despair.
I truly can't hate Ritsu for being so afraid of falling in love again, more over with the same person.
I know there are a lot of people that despise him for being so "insensitive" towards Takano's confession, but I assume those people had never experienced something like that, more if it's someone like Ritsu who has a timid nature.
He is insecure, he is afraid. And I know too well that fear. It's almost impossible to get over it that easily. Even after "only" a year after the re-encounter. The constant insistence of Takano only make things worse. It confusing and it's fearsome.
I loved the manga, I loved getting to know de characters and all... But there was this thing that was bothering me the whole time...
Rape
After *that* scene, no matter how "mushy" they got, how lovey dovey they were... I was sooooo bothered by it!! I think it was unnecessary!! Would it have changed anything in the flow of the story to omit the rape scene?!?!?? In my opinion a few punches were enough but nooooooooo it has to be a d*CK involved... Uggg
