At first seme was totally treating mc not as a "human" but as a mere omega, calling him "an omega who wants to be an alpha", just because he's a top. Insinuating that omegas only Botton and an alpha has to top, also calling him "omega" instead of his name.

Then suddenly he says that second geners don't matter and they are all human being's and that "Aoi is Aoi"

It didn't make sense to me
