I don’t know why but I got a feeling that Sei’s obsessed with Chika and the fact that he said that Chika hasn’t changed one bit makes me sure that he really is obsessed. I think the reason why Sei’s trying to pissed off every people close to Chika is beacuse he wants Chika to himself and that he’s the only one Chika needs.
