Ok, i have 2 questions 1. When did SM promised him eternal peace (i guess its death), wasnt he the one who gave him his blood so others wouldnt kill him? 2. When SM said you should stop i guess he meant having feelings, so which one of two freaked him out into running away? This promise of eternal peace which i guess was somehow broken but as i dont remember the details i cannot understand the issue or the request to stop having feelings?

I assume the eternal peace is the fact that his family is promised to be protected and compensated after the sacrifice has done its job. It seems to heavily stem from the abuse he witnessed during his childhood which is why he "killed" himself in order to be the perfect sacrifice. Because as long as he does his job, his family will not be harmed and will not have to live in worry anymore. Which is why he's so hung up on being devoured as it is the only way to achieve "eternal peace" (i.e. not being tormented by the head family and knowing his family will be safe) which only SM can provide
When SM said to stop i think he meant the way he kept saying he was ready to be devoured. Because in SM's eyes he's not a sacrifice anymore and should not see himself as such as he granted him immunity (why he also says he should treasure this second chance). Which leads to MC's panic attack because the abuse from his ubringing is giving him an identity crisis. Because he spent his life to be the perfect sacrifice and its what protects his family. If he's not then who would protect them?
That how i interpreted it anyway ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍

I am totally on Brett's side here. The world is far from an ideal place, and his way of dealing his revenge is far more productive than Hayden's idealistic faith in justice of law. Ofc, if you are not "Brett" you have to report it, cz this is the only way to deal with it, but will you win againt powerful ones in the end? Not sure...

Yes, it is true that it is difficult for Hayden just to do nothing when someone he cares about is hurt; though Brett told him what exactly he needs from him in this situation, for Hayden this way is like doing nothing. But i guess this is how it is when ppl with different views on life get together - they either adjust to each other or part their ways. It would be easier ofc to love someone with the same values and views as yours, but this is not the case here. This is what the story is about i guess, how two people from completely different worlds learn how to be together, change for each other. Brett will need to accept that Hayden is a goody two shoes and Hayden need to understand that in Brett's world this is how things are done and they both need to give in a bit if they want to be together, meeting the middle.

I love the age gap, esp older uke, but tbh it kinda immoral to start smth with your student, cz his brain and good judgement are still under development and you are an authoritive figure for him. In general the younger one party is the less age gap i can accept. E.g. 30 & 40 is ok 15 & 25 is not ok at all. 20 & 30 is not that good either. It is just bz of power imbalance and diference in experience. So here the seme is about 18 so it is at least legal, but is it moral, dont think so. But at least he is top so it is more acceptable as it is a less vulnerable position. If it were other way round it would be just terrible.

The plot is ridiculous and thats what makes it so fun. Some works make me anxious when i see the updates are out - i kinda like them but the plot twists make me stressed. This work is smth i am always happy to read. I love it how even 10 years later ML is so in love with MC but at the same time he is as delusional as he was 10 years ago, lol.
Yo, kiddo, he could be a pedo, don't follow grown ups to the inns, it is a basic safety rule. You got lucky this time tho )))
