It's basically incest, a manhwa about Blondie twins and one of them being a devil or something that loves his "sister", so they end up getting married and shit, but the twin brother who's a devil killed most people in the castle so only him and his wife are left now etc.
They also had a younger brother with black hair who turned out to not be their real brother

1- Bright/popular/normal seme x gloomy uke with black hair :D
2- Yankee seme x gloomy bully :D
3- Manly seme x Manly uke.
(by manly i mean "a guy who's independent and is just like the seme, like on equal grounds, he may have less muscles or be less manly than the seme but in society, he's considered a man."
as an example uhhh Eren and Jean? well eren is a bit cuter than jean but yeah, this is a good example.)

I am not sure whether you want stuff with like amazing mind blowing art or art that is just not that terrible. I went with the latter option, most of these stories don't have amazing art, just your average level art to be honest. But I tried to recommend some that fit the plots and dynamics that you like. Here are some I could think off the top of my head.:
- https://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/cherry_blossoms_after_winter/ - popular seme and gloomy, bullied uke. the art is great, plot is more shounen ai in the beginning then later on you get seggs scenes.
- https://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/hashi_no_xl_saizu/ can't remember whether the seme was popular but it has a black-haired uke who is shy. art is okay and plot is a bit weird but funny.
- https://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/itonaga_kun_no_koi_no_ito/ - uke isn't black haired but is bullied and shy. can't remember much about the seme but he is a sadist. the art is good not anything special but not bad.
- https://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/love_shuttle/ - both the seme and uke are muscly (the uke a bit more than the seme). it's an omegaverse which isn't really everyone's cup of tea.
- https://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/megane_to_koi_to_aoi_tori/ - I haven' read this one but it seems to fit the criteria of popular seme x shy uke.
- https://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/hidoku_shinaide/ - this one has a bully seme x bullied uke. the uke isn't black haired, the art is pretty good. it does have like rape (just a heads up) in the beginning but it gets sweet later on.

- https://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/pheromone_shower_omegaverse_short_stories/ - another omegaverse. uke used to be a top so he is quite manly in terms of attitude (power bottom) and physique. and the seme is also well built. but neither are super muscly.

- https://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/legs_which_cannot_walk/ - uke is manly because he used to be a boxer but the seme is breaking the laws of physics with how muscly he is. it's a really toxic webtoon but the plot is interesting and seggs scenes are good.
