I recommend start with AOT, BLEACH, Gate, KNY, or SAO (only part 1 S1), One Piece is an awesome anime but save that for later since its really long...

For manga, i recommend Tokyo Revengers, Berserk, Kingdom, Vagabond, GTO & Mushoku Tensei.
