Well, aren't tags added by readers? It’s not like the author came here and set up that tag! People probably expected it to have a sad ending and tagged it as such, but the story isn’t done yet, not even in Japan, so no one knows if it actually is a tragedy or not!
Yeah ik, but still. Most of the time it turns out that there's a tragedy in the story when there's a tragedy tag, so I'm still kinda scared. Also, there are many signs of the (maybe) coming "tragedy" cuz gene isn't here, Trevor's nephew is also named Gene (which kinda shows that maybe Gene isn't here anymore nd Trevor named him in memory of Gene), then the study is all messy like Trevor has been keeping it that way nd not cleaning it all up so as to still keep gene's essence or presence (?), nd also he's living all alone now nd his brother nd family don't know about Gene. If Gene was living with Trevor nd they're together then the family would know, also that he's kept that diary with gene's pictures like that, like that happens when the person in the picture is dead or isn't there anymore right?!!! If you've read a lot of stuff you can make out that this is how the story goes all the time. I do hope that it's not the case tho but just in case I'm preparing myself for that tragedy, if it comes.
Yeah of course I totally agree with you! I just think that it’s too early for people to tag it as tragedy, but it’s probably just cause I really don’t want it to have that kind of sad ending ╥﹏╥ yeah, the signs are all there, and I’m also preparing myself for it, but I still really really wish it’s gonna go some other way, though I don’t know how much of a chance there is for that, considering everything. But yeah I totally agree with what you said! I just have a tiny bit of self-indulgent hope for a happier ending

I'm definitelly not conflicted, baby brother is inmature and extremely pushy, I understand that he is upset about being ghosted away without explanation but he is forcing himself and his reasoning on someone without even trying to understand. So he goes and say "lets talk" while kabedoning but then goes brrrr he's mine. Like, Woojin has feelings of his own? He can decide things for himself? He's not a piece of furniture yaknow

This is exactly the problem. The bro should know better then anybody how conflict avoidant Woojin is considering their past together. Yet here he is using that knowledge to try and force Woojin to talk. He's no better then the bullies that he use to protect him from.
I mean, you know this took a lot of him considering he was letting his hair grow to honor his father, like his own tribute to him, so yeah! big deal!
So, either Ma-kun slept with mole guy or not, it doesn't change the fact that mole guy is extremely manipulative and toxic, the work and their relationship, even on the flashbacks, was based on him taking advantage of Ma's passion and lack of self-love (considering he never said no to whatever the guy asked)
Now Ma-kun is a criminal and that makes him even more easy to manipulate like how mole guy does. I personally don't think they slept together again, but certainly mole guy is guilt tripping Ma to stay with him. You know, it may be triggering for some people since "Only I understand you" and "only I love you" or the "only I can accept you" are things abusers tend to say.
About the end of this episode (7) I feel Ma is doing the trope of purposely hurting the person you like so they hate you or don't miss you or whatever. It'll probably backfire but maybe in his mind makes sense xD
