I need to find this one webtoon... I remember that the female lead is a doctor and one day she goes somewhere to find a flower or something (maybe it was something else idk) and then her car broke down so she meets this guy and stays in his house. I didnt finish reading and now i really wanna find it bc i remeber it was good.

You've probably read this and it's not completed but the story's at the point where it's at the epilogue. It also has the same feeling as who made me a princess.
