They are not enemies they might be in the future but Isaac did spend his heat with him and it’s all kind of unknown until he finds all that out but he still hasn’t found out that Isaac is an omega

From what little flashbacks were shown in the previous chapters it seemed like Isaac was the only one who was able to escape from Felix's team, and while he was trying to figure out a way to get out of that place he unexpectedly went into heat.
And Felix being the alpha he is coincidentally found Isaac in heat and well...did the dead cuz he was influenced by Isaac's pheromones. Both of them weren't in their right minds so I dont think either of them realized who the other was. Then Isaac wakes up after his heat and realizes who he just fucked so he ties felix up and yeets out of there before Felix wakes up(so yeah currently Feliz still doesnt know Isaac is an omega or the one who spent his heat with him)
