I agree with everyone that Maya won't want to do anything with Ruka, and that Ruka is going to try something with Maya.
But even if Maya turns him down, Ruka seems like the kind of passive-aggressive guy who'd keep him later and later and make offhand comments to Nemu about Maya that makes it seem like he's cheating. Once you make someone think that, it's impossible to get rid of that notion. Nemu's so insecure that he'd believe it.
Plus Maya tends to talk about how amazing Ruka is anyways, so Nemu might just be feeling really inferior and like he needs to be better for Maya while Maya is pretty oblivious.

It’s about a delinquent (or strong guy in general) who gets into an accident and ends up in the body of a student at his school who killed himself (I think?) because he was heavily bullied at school and I think at home (?). He starts to fight back and the students call him mad dog. He’s small with black hair.
This attracts the attention of someone who knew him in his other life, a white haired asshole (maybe he is the mad dog??) who starts thinking that the delinquent was reincarnated into the body.
