I feel bad for the Duke, his trying to change and people still called his past a sob story. Im sure he was raised so poorly that he only recieve embarrassment, and the only thing he knows that could protect his people was to marry Reina, even though he didn't want to hurt her by not loving her. The real shit here is Reina's father, his been threatening the Duke and hurting the FL, Im sure the Duke is worried for Reina and the child that he failed properly exercise his power to fight Reina's Father. Now that we've seen his side of the story and his past, I know that the Duke tried to really love Reina, he was just scared of her and child being assassinated and forget how become a good father and husband cause he probably never knew or learned how to be one. We even get to see how badly he blames himself, that even after falling for the FL, the Duke decided to let the FL go, knowing that she will never want his feelings anymore. Plus he trying to be a really good father now even when his cautious of others hurting them.
