is it me or the mangago is legal site now idk when i refresh the site it appears a lock icon it means that it is secured. Can somebody tell me what's the meaning of this?
Oh when I first use it, it is unsecured because always my browser is preventing me to enter mangago.
Oh.. Yeah... It finally came back... It used to be locked back then too but then it became unsafe... And am glad that it came back how it was before...

yes MGo is now using an encryption, hence the S which stands for Secure in https, to make the data more secure (due to the hacking incident that recently happened). However, this doesnt mean that the site is already legal
it's difficult to explain but all i can say is that: your browser prevented you from entering MGo before since it was still using http (no encryption). Usually, a site that doesnt have an encryption also does not have an SSL certificate. Your browser was looking for the SSL certificate but there was none, and so it prevented you from accessing it.
