Actually, I was the Real One
Very unconventional in the sense that the original work didn't have any ML- and I really think it fits here, because all Keira wants is the freedom to make her choices, and experience things she never got to do previously. The brother is an angel, and the father is a fucking dickwad. He has severe communication issues, and even whatever little he initiates from his side isn't enough. We're used to dirtbag dad's though
The Villain Discovered My Identity
Oh my god. How do I begin to describe the brilliance? Perfectly tempered political maneuvering, with a generous heaping of manipulation, and plenty of hilarious comedic moments. I love this story.
The characters themselves are so unique because the author doesn't take the tried and tested method of what you'd expect their archetypes to be like. Excellent, 9/10.
Surviving As A Maid
I have a lifetime membership in the Yurgel Hate Club. I'd sell his soul to Satan for a dust bunny.
That aside, there's so much politcking and from some such a fresh, unique perspective. Plus, MC doesn't have the full picture and she's still putting the pieces together. Great stuff.
Shadow Queen
It grabs you by your metaphorical balls and doesn't let go. Slow, satisfying revenge. MC's rage is one that has been simmering and stewing for ages- but she's ever pragmatic and very cut throat. Genuinely one of the best revenge stories I've read. Eagerly waiting for updates. 10/10.
12/10 for the slow cooker revenge. I can appreciate playing the long game.
Under the Oak Tree
Steamy, steamy smut which I absolutely did not expect in this genre. Excellent chemistry, and both the leads are frustrating in the best way.
Edit, 03/09/21: I put this off for too long, hoping it would go over allahor cliffhangers, but I couldn't bear it anymore and ended up binging until I bit all my fingernails off.
Anyway, if you haven't already heard it before, then this is phenomenal. It's so fucking good that I don't even have any accurate adjectives for this. Even if you've never ever read any manhwa that's geared towards women before, if recommend you read this.
A Villain Is A Good Match For A Tyrant
Original premise, excellent characters, unforgettable and sizzling chemistry- and that's just the beginning. The dichotomy of how Cecile acts and how Cecile is, is so fun to read. The interactions between ML and MC are also excellent, and they go so well together. I wouldn't ask for anything to change.
The Stereotypical Life of a Reincarnated Lady
I feel that the main leads relationship in this is a lot more subdued than what we usually see in this genre- but that's not a bad thing. I think the leisurely pacing lends credence to their relationship, and it works really well here. The supporting characters are of significant note, and are so well-rounded. I enjoy this immensely. 10/10.
The Goal is to Become a Gold Spoon so I need to be Completely Invulnerable
